The fourteen by forty feet plot was formerly part of the detached property to its east.
The brick structure on the plot was a domestic garage. It used to be a stable, and there is still an iron manger built into its northeast corner.
The site is sandwiched between two residential properties on a quiet road abutting the green belt in north London.
